Acting on behalf of our client, Neptune Developments Limited, we are advising upon a major mixed use scheme in Wolverhampton which includes offices of up to 250,000 sq. ft, 2/3 hotels, plus substantial retail and leisure space.
The scheme will be in several phases with Phase 1 expected to be on site by the end of 2009, and with phased practical completion between 2011 and 2012.
