SouthportKing Street

Acting on behalf of our client, Gregson Estates Limited, we are promoting a new mixed use scheme fronting onto King Street.

The scheme has recently (May 2008) obtained planning for ground floor retail, together with first floor offices/leisure and upper floor hotel space.

My clients are expecting to be on site in 2009 and expect to be able to offer practical completion of the scheme in late 2010.
