The scheme is now trading successfully anchored by a 32,000 sq.ft Booths supermarket, Argos Extra, and Fat Face. There is only one shop unit remaining (unit 2), which provides a ground floor area of 4,930sqft with a first floor of 4,908sqft. Fuller details are provided below in the attached brochure.
The first and second floors above part of the Booths supermarket have been let to Edge Fitness for a gym and health & beauty treatment rooms. Booths are also occupying part of their first floor for use as a coffee shop. All 21 residential apartments to the rear of the scheme have now been sold. There is a new 188 space pay and display public car park to the front of the shops. The new link road (Marshall Way) between Blossomgate and Coltsgate Hill/North Street provides easy vehicular access to and from the development and around Ripon itself.
