KendalWoolpack Yard

A major retail development of some 50,000 sq.ft being undertaken by Maple Grove Developments, effectively linking Maple Grove's recently completed Wainwrights Yard retail scheme, which is anchored by a Booths Supermarket, with the existing Marks & Spencer store. The scheme will provide 3 new retail units plus a major "department store" anchor.

It is hoped that the scheme will be ready for Christmas trading 2009.
