Mowbray Gill have been instructed by my client’s, FI Real Estate Management, to market the availability of proposed units within this mixed use retail/leisure and light industrial scheme in Winnington, on the outskirts of Northwich. Our client is looking to build out and hold the retail/light industrial elements and would contemplate a sale of the pub plot.


The Winnington  area has been growing rapidly as the source of much of the new housing in Northwich, with adjacent sites such as the Winnington Village site  providing 1200 new homes and the immediately adjacent Winnington Dale site a further 153 new homes.


The Winnington Avenue site, which extends in total to approximately 18 acres now has an outline planning consent for a further 153 new homes, 11,600sq.ft. of convenience retail, a new Family Pub plus a further 63,300sqft of small B1/B2/B8 light industrial/starter units.


At this early stage the attached indicative plan is merely for guidance as there is some flexibility in the final layout and content and will be subject to obtaining a full planning consent.
