Wolverhampton – i10

ION Development’s on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council, have now completed Phase 2 (i10) of The Interchange Project, having previously completed Phase 1, which included the new Bus Interchange, substantial highway and pedestrian works, as well as providing new offices for the Bus Operator, Centro, and a new J Sainsbury convenience store. The first floor offices are now occupied by Wolverhampton City Council.

The listed Queens Building has also been refurbished and is now occupied by Costa Coffee.

The Interchange Project is being delivered in phases and future phases will include additional retail, leisure and office accommodation, new hotels, as well as improvement of the existing infrastructure and the redevelopment of the rail station.

Interchange 10 (i10) comprises a total ground floor area of approximately 12,396 sq.ft for a combination of retail and leisure space, as per the attached brochure. The upper floors provide new office space from 11500sq.ft up to 35,000sq.ft, which is now fully let to Countryside Properties PLC, Tarmac and Ovivo.

Unit 2   –  935 sq.ft.
Unit 3/4 – 1,820 sq.ft.
Unit 5 – Superdrug Stores PLC
Unit 6      – LET
