LIVERPOOL | Lime Street

The £39m regeneration of Lime Street in Liverpool is moving forward after the Court of Appeal rejected a fresh bid by heritage campaigners to overturn planning permission.

The project involves the redevelopment of the eastern side of Lime Street to include ground floor retail and leisure uses of up to 27,500sqft GIA together with a new 101 bed Premier Inn hotel and 412 bed student accommodation.

The scheme, which is being undertaken by Neptune Developments, is fully funded and secured planning approval in September 2015.

Mowbray Gill are instructed as the sole letting agents.
