WOLVERHAMPTON | Interchange 10

Mowbray Gill are advising Neptune Projects Ltd, who are acting as developers for Wolverhampton City Council, and are due to start on site this autumn with the next phase of the Interchange Project – Interchange 10. This phase is due for completion at the start of 2016, with already 50% of the ground floor retail/leisure space pre-let to Greene King, trading as a Hungry Horse Family Pub, with a further 40% of the ground floor space under offer to other retail/leisure occupiers. The upper floors will comprise 3 floors of office accommodation, totally approximately 35,000sqft and current interest is already very good.
