Liverpool – Unit 3, Byrom Point

Mowbray Gill have advised the landlord’s, Curlew Capital, upon the letting of unit 3 within their new Byrom Point scheme in Liverpool City Centre to a new restaurant outlet.

The scheme includes 398 student beds above the retail element. There are now only two remaining units available which Mowbray Gill are marketing.

Liverpool – Liverpool Shopping Park

Mowbray Gill have advised Next upon the acquisition of a new retail unit within the recently opened Liverpool Shopping Park on Edge Lane, Liverpool.

Next are due to open in February 2018.
